Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on CartaCraft (cartacraft.xyz). By completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Digital Products

CartaCraft sells digital map poster files in PDF format. All products are intangible digital goods. Upon successful payment, a high-resolution PDF file will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.

Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Please download and save your file promptly. We cannot guarantee link availability after the expiry period, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist if you contact us within 30 days.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a PDF has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving or accessing your file, please contact us at support@cartacraft.xyz and we will resolve it.

3. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and display your poster for personal use only. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or use the files for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. Accuracy of Your Order

You are responsible for reviewing your poster design — including location, orientation, size, colors, and text — before completing checkout. We generate exactly what you configure in the editor. We cannot issue replacements for errors in your submitted configuration.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. CartaCraft does not store your payment card details. All transactions are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property

All map data is sourced from Mapbox and its suppliers and is subject to their respective licenses. CartaCraft's design elements, branding, and software are proprietary and may not be copied or reproduced.

7. Limitation of Liability

CartaCraft's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
